  • What is the difference between a life coach and a therapist?

    A therapist is a behavioral health expert while a life coach will not function as a therapist. A life coach can work with a client's therapist. However, a life coach approaches things by utilizing a client's own awareness, approaches, and how they think. Behavioral health focuses on the past and resolving that, but life coaches only focus on the future. Life coaches don't helping you cope with what you are but helping you to change your habits and thinking.  

  • What is the life coaching process like?

    Dr. Brady offers two different programs- an introductory 6-week program and a comprehensive 6 month program. Once you schedule an initial consultation with Dr. Brady and decide on which program works best for you, you will meet with Dr. Brady for approximately 45 minutes per session. You will also have access to certain tools to assist you throughout this life changing process! 

  • How long is each life coaching session?

    Each life coaching session is approximately 45 minutes long.
